Bulk Folder

Vestis is seeking a skilled Bulk Folder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for folding and preparing linen and textile products for storage and distribution.

• Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise the tables to facilitate efficient folding and storage.
• Fold a variety of linen and textile products, including aprons, towels, table napkins, and fender/seat covers, to meet quality standards.
• Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet quality standards, including items with rips, tears, holes, and stains.
• Accurately verify merchandise quantity and bundles by type to ensure accurate storage and distribution.
• Place bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maneuver full and empty baskets to and from storage areas, ensuring safe and efficient movement.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy baskets and bundles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and management.
