We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall clinical quality of our residential treatment program for adolescents with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the highest level of clinical quality and continuous improvement of our treatment program.
- Directly lead and mentor a team of clinical therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Model healthy eating habits and participate in mealtimes with clients and staff.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.
- Participate in discharge and aftercare planning with the treatment team.
- Provide safe, affirming, and empathetic support to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an eating disorder program.
- Working knowledge of admissions, intake, utilization review, and third-party payer requirements.
- Experience with Joint Commission and regulatory standards compliance is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage budgets and utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline, with an active state license or eligibility.
