About the Role:

As a Deli Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our store is always stocked with fresh, high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli department and surrounding areas
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including slicing meats, cheeses, and other deli items
  • Work closely with the deli team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our store is always stocked with fresh, high-quality products
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
