Key Responsibilities
  • Carefully package silencers, firearms accessories, and merchandise according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operate packaging equipment and tools as required.
  • Label packages accurately and ensure proper documentation is included.
  • Maintain a clean and organized packaging area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with shipping and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Perform routine quality checks to uphold packaging and presentation standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of inventory and packaging processes.
  • Knowledge of firearms and accessories is a plus but not required.
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
