Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding career in home health care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare.

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutritional intake. You will also assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises, check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose, and document any changes.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Colorado
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification (demonstration course required)
  • Compassionate nature, good communicator, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
  • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
