Team Overview:

Interactive Brokers Group (IBG) is looking for a Treasury Control Analyst to enhance its Corporate Treasury team. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines while adapting swiftly to a dynamic work environment. Reporting to the Treasury Director, this role will involve supporting treasury control operations, cash and liquidity management, as well as conducting periodic analyses, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various Group initiatives under the guidance of the Treasury Director
  • Examine bank fees and interest rates, and compile monthly management reports
  • Assist with Group affiliate transactions: Document and monitor loans, coordinate and process affiliate invoice payments
  • Collaborate with treasury teams across Europe, Hong Kong, India, and Australia
  • Prepare documentation for the internal bank account database of the firm
  • Execute daily wire transfers to meet settlement obligations, consolidate cash, and address account deficits
  • Ensure compliance with established internal controls among team members
  • Identify and propose enhancements to treasury systems

These tasks may be ongoing or project-based, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of cash and liquidity management within a corporate treasury context.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • 0-2 years of experience in corporate treasury
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Effective time-management skills
  • High proficiency with technology and computer systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively
