About the OpportunityThis role offers a unique blend of clinical practice and personal growth, with opportunities to develop your skills in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. You will work alongside a seasoned team of healthcare professionals, sharing best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting, using evidence-based practices to inform your treatment decisions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements
- Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least one year of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, with consideration given to new graduates with relevant clinical experience
- Current CPR certification
