Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at the University of North Carolina. This role will be responsible for managing and producing high-quality visual content for Carolina Housing, including design projects such as signage, posters, print materials, apparel, web ads, social media graphics, and custom logos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Carolina Housing's programs, events, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create visually compelling content for both digital and print applications
  • Manage event marketing efforts and oversee project workflows to ensure timely delivery of all marketing collateral
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and bring creative solutions to increase engagement, brand awareness, web traffic, and event attendance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment
  • Expertise in graphic design for print and digital platforms, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
  • Experience designing custom logos, signage, posters, print materials, social media graphics, and other marketing assets
  • Experience with WordPress for website content management and updates
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Graphic Design, Web, Social Media, and/or Digital Marketing
