About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract opportunity for a CT Technologist to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in CT scanning and a strong understanding of radiologic principles.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and equipment maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest radiologic technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in CT scanning.
  • Strong understanding of radiologic principles and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow hospital protocols.
