Job Summary

Precise Personnel, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Picking Lead in our Chino, CA facility.

This position is responsible for maintaining and providing communication between all associates, training, data entry, confirming attendance records, overseeing teams of 10+ employees, and being involved in the warehouse work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bi-lingual English & Spanish (Ability to read, write & speak both fluently)
  • At least 3 years of Warehouse experience required
  • At least 1 year of Leadership experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong and versatile interpersonal skills & show the ability to work and engage effectively in a team environment by collaborating with others effectively.
  • Ability to operate computers, PDA scan technology / shipping computers
  • Licensed to operate equipment (Forklift, Bendi, Cherry picker, EPJ)
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
  • Knowledge & understanding of 3PL, Picking, Packing, Inbound, Inventory
  • Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with multiple cultures and customs
  • Data entry Skill & Organizational Skills
  • Must be able to work one weekend day & have one day off during the week. (Sat or Sunday)
