About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners, and articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective and current owners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with owners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Articulate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations' vacation ownership products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and production standards.
- Participate in ongoing sales and career training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
