Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Radius Staffing Solutions. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, including recommendations for assistive equipment and community resources.
  • Work in a fast-paced clinical environment, maintaining stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods, and lifting/assisting patients as needed.
Requirements
  • Active Arkansas Physical Therapy Assistant license.
  • Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
  • Passion for working in a Hospital IP Setting or Outpatient environment.
  • Ability to work full-time in a direct-hire opportunity.
  • Open to new graduates from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant programs.
