Job Summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Windsor, CT. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to other healthcare team members or specialists.
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of your practice as designated by protocols and identify problems outside of your scope of practice and refer appropriately to a physician.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
