Job Title: Demolition Specialist

We are a leading provider of selective demolition services, offering a range of solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

As a Demolition Specialist with Twin City Demo, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing selective commercial demolition tasks. Your duties will include cleaning up debris, hauling materials to dumpsters, demoing walls, removing flooring and ceiling systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning up/hauling debris to dumpster
• Loading dumpster
• Demoing of walls (all kinds)
• Removal of flooring (all kinds)
• Removal of ceiling systems
• Removal of furniture/equipment
• Removal of MEP
• Removal of concrete
• Use of scissor lift
• Use of scaffolding
• Use of demo hammers
• Use of Sawzall
• Use of other misc. power tools
• Use of hand tools
• Reading blueprints
• Precisely measuring
• Working overhead.
• Working on hands/knees
• Working outside.
• Lifting/hauling heavy items

Requirements:

• Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule
• MUST have own vehicle and valid drivers license
• Must have required PPE (steel toe boots)
• Must have working cell phone
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have basic hand tools listed
• Hammer (Straight or Rip Claw at least 22 OZ)
• Battery Powered drill
• Screw drivers (flat & Philips)
• Tin snips
• Mini bolt cutters
• Pry bar
• Tool belt
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours
