About the Role

The primary purpose of the Resident Aide-Nurse Aide Trainee is to successfully complete classroom training and clinical studies to become a Certified Nurse Aide. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide exceptional care to residents assigned under your supervision, working closely with our experienced NATP Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for residents.
  • Participate in resident teaching and observation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous long-term care experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
