Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or CPA designation is highly preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial compliance or a related area, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or senior position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven success in managing compliance programs and effectively handling audits.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex regulations and apply them in practical scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
