Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global legal support for Enterprise Holdings' corporate development and strategic investment activities.
- Provide timely and competent day-to-day legal services in support of various corporate development areas and across the Enterprise Holdings business lines.
- Support corporate, business-line and local opportunities, providing legal advice and support, negotiating transactional documents, reviewing and managing legal and business due diligence efforts.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- 15 years of experience practicing law.
- 10 years of transactional law experience supporting fast-growing businesses, either in-house and/or outside counsel capacity.
- Demonstrable experience with complex commercial transactions, including strategic investments, acquisitions, dispositions, financial structuring, and joint ventures.
- High level of professionalism and integrity; strong ethical standards, and work ethic.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction, with the ability to be permitted to practice in Missouri.
