Meat Cutter

Bern's Steak House is a renowned steakhouse seeking a skilled meat cutter to receive, trim, cut, monitor, and responsibly store dry-aged and fresh meats. This role requires the use of saw bands, knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing equipment, shelves, coolers, and work areas.

• Must lift 50-90 pounds to move meat from the cooler to the station.
• Must stand for long periods in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Ability to communicate and remain calm under pressure.
• Ensure the quality of all products.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the station throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to work in an open kitchen.

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Attention to detail.
• Must work well with others.
• Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner.
• Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor.

• Closed on Mondays.
