TIAGA Pathology is an independent, physician-owned pathology laboratory based in northern Colorado. We are expanding our services and seeking a highly motivated and experienced histotechnologist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time histotechnologist to work on-site at our Loveland, CO location. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining tissue samples for microscopic examination by a pathologist. Duties include embedding, cutting, staining, and mounting specimens, as well as grossing and accessioning. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Histology, Biology, or related field
• Certification as a Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL), or at least 3 years of experience
• Experience with tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining techniques
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with DIF studies is a plus
