  • Ensure safety and quality throughout production, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors or managers.
  • Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality standards, and report all production waste or issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, upholding the company's values and mission.
**Requirements:**
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential, with a proven track record of meeting production standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively, is crucial for success in this role.
  • Understanding of plant safety guidelines and the ability to pass all required safety training are essential, as is the ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Troubleshooting problems and reporting issues in a timely and effective manner is critical, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.
**Physical Requirements:**
  • The ability to be on feet for up to 8-12 hours per shift, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
  • The use of hands and fingers to perform job functions, with regular stretching and movement to prevent fatigue.
  • The ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb, with regular stretching and movement to prevent injury.
  • The ability to lift up to 35lbs, with regular assistance from colleagues or equipment as needed.
