About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tactical Systems Operator to join our team at Leidos. As a Tactical Systems Operator, you will be responsible for training personnel in the operation of Tactical Systems, including Mode 1, 2, and 3 operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with subject matter experts and tacticians to provide tailored and up-to-date training.
- Review, develop, and update scenarios for the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) Aircrew Training Device (ATD).
- Provide instruction as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) subject matter expert and National Security Administration (NSA) certified instructor.
- Track and implement changes to certification requirements.
- Liaise between ISRG, subordinate squadrons, and elements of the IC.
- Conduct routine certification training and testing of Air Force Tactical Systems Operators (TSO).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.
- Aircrew experience and experience operating SIGINT systems.
- Experience with supporting and analyzing high value target analysis databases.
- Current TS/SCI clearance.
- Mode Instructor Certification in one of Modes 1-3 and Mode Operator Certifications in two of Modes 1-3.
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team.
What We Offer:
Leidos offers a competitive salary range of $61,750.00 - $111,625.00 and a dynamic work environment.
