Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Pasteurization Technician to join our team at the milk bank.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the procurement, processing, and dispensation of donor human milk, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize equipment, aseptic technique, and processing supplies to prepare donor human milk for distribution.
  2. Perform quality control procedures to maintain the integrity of our milk bank operations.
  3. Assist in training new employees and students on procedures and equipment.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional weekend and call-in shifts
