Job Description

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, based on industry standards and the location in the Midwest region. As a Studio Manager at Waxing the City, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, leading a team to deliver exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage ordering, and maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Local Marketing and Community Engagement: Create and execute local marketing campaigns, engage with the community, and build relationships with local businesses.
  • Staff Recruitment, Hiring, Management, Development, and Retention: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree or equivalent: A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Effective leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
