Job Overview:
At HealthPort, we are seeking a skilled Psiychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality services to individuals with mental health needs.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
  • Provide direct support services to clients, including counseling, education, and skill-building activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:
Associate degree in a human services field or related area, and at least two years of experience working with mentally ill populations. Current CPR and First Aid certification, valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills required.
