As the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor at Anthony's Villa, you will be at the forefront of leading a dedicated team of MST therapists. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional, community-oriented therapeutic services to adolescents and their families. This role emphasizes overseeing clinical practices, ensuring compliance with MST protocols, enhancing team dynamics, and upholding the highest standards of service delivery.
This position is responsible for supervising one team of four MST Therapists across designated counties, with potential for future expansion to a second team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Clinical Oversight: Provide continuous supervision, direction, and support to MST therapists, ensuring effective delivery of clinical interventions in line with MST standards.
- Team Development: Inspire, cultivate, and lead a team of therapists through regular training, performance evaluations, and team-building initiatives.
- Quality Control: Assess and improve the quality of clinical services through thorough evaluations, adherence to treatment fidelity, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Community Collaboration: Establish and maintain robust relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance service provision and promote collaborative efforts.
- Program Management: Oversee the administration of the MST program, including budget oversight, resource management, and strategic planning.
- Therapeutic Leadership: Advocate for and exemplify advanced therapeutic practices among team members to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Crisis Intervention: Offer expert guidance in managing high-risk cases and crisis situations, ensuring appropriate therapeutic interventions and safety protocols.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensure: Possession of an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S license in the state of Ohio is required.
- Educational Credentials: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is essential.
- Professional Experience: Significant experience in supervising clinical therapy for youth and families, with a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic models.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and developing clinical teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to manage complex clinical operations.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary, as travel to various community settings is part of this role.
The physical demands of this position require the employee to perform essential functions successfully. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. Frequent use of hands for handling objects and tools is necessary. Occasional standing, walking, sitting, and reaching are required, along with the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus. The typical noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
