The Nightlife Novi Bartender - Part Time will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption levels and ensure responsible serving practices.

• 1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and ability to prepare drinks to a high standard.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
