About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as our Child Care Center Supervisor, providing oversight and guidance to our teaching staff and kitchen staff. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing program strategies, and fostering positive relationships with parents and the broader community. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and support to teaching staff and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement program strategies to drive growth and success
  • Collaborate with the Director of Child Care to drive program development and improvement
  • Maintain relationships with parents and the broader community
  • Contribute to the development and management of budgets to support program growth and success

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, combined with at least three to five years' experience as a Site Director in a preschool or daycare setting. A Type 04 Professional Educator License and Illinois Gateways Director's credential Level II are also highly desirable.
