This role is responsible for supporting sales operations through the maintenance of manual and automated incentive programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for making incentive payments adjustments as needed with manual overrides, ensuring seamless execution of sales operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain and update manual and automated incentive programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Make adjustments to incentive payments as needed, utilizing manual overrides to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with sales operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track incentive program performance.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
