Job Summary: The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an Open Rank Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology. We are looking for a talented professional with expertise in interventional cardiology and critical care medicine to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care and advancing medical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to patients with cardiovascular diseases
  • Conduct research in interventional cardiology and critical care medicine
  • Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows
  • Participate in departmental and institutional service activities

Requirements:

  • MD or MD/PhD degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in cardiology
  • Experience in interventional cardiology and critical care medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
