About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Align Aerospace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving: Verify quantities of products received, scan-validated items, and maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts.
  • Shipping: Prepare pallets and freight, use pallet jacks to move product, prepare Bill of Ladings (BOL), and create Commercial Invoices for international shipments.
  • VMI: Maintain and replenish customer bins, scan barcode to ensure items are ordered for replenishment, and follow other directions related to inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Education or equivalent
  • Knowledge: Understanding of databases, knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures, and proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Skills: Data entry skills, beginning level computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), basic math skills, demonstrated basic material handling including packaging, and ability to use warehouse equipment and tools.
