We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at TMC. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Execute therapeutic plans designed to help patients recover and improve their skills, under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Contribute to the planning and selection of therapeutic activities tailored to the individual needs and interests of each patient.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the occupational therapist and adjusting therapy interventions as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on the therapy process, adaptive equipment, and home modifications.
- Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- A competitive pay range of $28 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
