We are seeking a talented Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at LifeStance Health in the greater Cincinnati area. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Fully licensed in the state of Ohio.
- Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry.
- Experience in treating children and adolescents, with option for adults if interested.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
