Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and utilize technical documents, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins to effectively troubleshoot and complete maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues within aircraft systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft engines and components in accordance with industry standards.
- Execute inspections of aircraft systems, including hydraulic systems and landing gear, to identify potential issues.

- Adhere to safety protocols in all operational processes.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections and repairs on aircraft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects in aircraft systems and components efficiently.

- Complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes while meeting quality standards.
- Promote a culture of safety by monitoring compliance with safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Work in an airport ramp and warehouse setting, subject to varying weather conditions.
- Exposure to noise and vibrations during engine testing.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and handle objects weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
- Navigate stairs, scaffolding, and ladders safely.
- Occasional work in confined spaces requiring flexibility.
- Willingness to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Consistent use of personal protective equipment.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States and travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Possession of FAA Airframe and Powerplant license is mandatory.
