Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Analyst to join our team at Northrop Grumman. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reconciliation across the As Designed (EBOM), As Planned (MBOM) and As-Built (OBOM) bills of materials, identifying constraints caused by input errors from production, and working directly with the customer as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Program tasks and attend meetings.
- Maintain Configuration Management Command Media, Work Instructions and perform updates as required.
- Perform CDM metrics on a weekly basis and support Program prep meetings.
- Perform Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) As Built reconciliation efforts.
- Proficient in or willingness to be trained on TeamCenter Enterprise (PDM), Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tools, understanding of Bill-of-Materials (Engineering & Manufacturing) and product structure.
- Ability to interface with other organizations to resolve issues associated with reconciliation discrepancies across the As Designed (EBOM), As Planned (MBOM) and As-Built (OBOM) bills of materials including Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Global Supply Chain and Quality Assurance issues.
- Address questions received from the customer as it relates to CSA, reconciliation on delivered products and serialization requirements. Have knowledge and understanding of Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements.
- The selected candidate must be able to support audit processes, update procedures, and communicate effectively and clearly.
- The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a Master's degree with 1 year of related experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of related professional/military experience in lieu of a 4-year degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience with Project Management and/or Configuration Management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively team with multiple organizational disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience
- Government Contracts Experience.
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR/DCMA.
- Experience developing, evaluating or auditing plans, processes and procedures.
- Experience with Teamcenter.
- Experience with Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing and Test documentation.
- Familiarity with Cost/schedule/budget concepts and tools (EVMS, SAP, etc.)
- DoD secret clearance with the ability to obtain Program Access (PAR).
