Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Mesquite location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the retail store team, including hiring, training, and developing employees.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail or service-related industry.
- Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals as well as train employees to be effective sales people.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong personal leadership skills and desire to succeed.
- Ability to deal with problem situations in a professional manner.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule flexibility with the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to move about in a store, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders and step stools, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- $18-22 per hour, ($37,440 to $45,760) plus commissions.
