Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients requiring rehabilitation services to evaluate medical conditions and functional capabilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs, with a focus on anatomy and physiology knowledge, trigger point therapy, and medical terminology.
  • Establish achievable goals for patients' rehabilitation progress and maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions and treatment outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on appropriate physical therapy techniques to promote optimal recovery and independence.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Possess a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
  • Experience in geriatrics, home community care, or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants effectively.
