Job Description:

As a State Farm Insurance Account Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner. You will assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information, process policy changes and updates in the system, and handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims.

  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Requirements:
You will need to stay up-to-date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers, follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, and meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
