Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

Assist in the evaluation and formulation of treatment strategies for patients. Support the Licensed Physical Therapist in their duties. Communicate updates on patient progress to the healthcare team. Engage in Plan of Care discussions. Document treatment sessions and manage daily billing processes. Educate patients and facility personnel on maintenance programs. Contribute to discharge planning efforts. Report any equipment issues and provide recommendations. Serve as a clinical support for therapy initiatives. Uphold and represent the core values of Concept Rehab consistently.

Essential Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Rehabilitation Therapy Assistance. Licensed as a Certified Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant.
