Job Summary:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students with communication disorders in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech therapy services in individual and group settings to promote effective communication and language skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions to inform instruction and drive student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student communication and language skills.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide valuable insights on speech and language needs and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology to deliver high-quality care and services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Georgia license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their full potential and succeed in their academic and personal pursuits.
