Mover / Laborer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mover / Laborer. As a key member of our moving team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and efficient relocation of customer belongings, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

• Provide top-notch customer service as a mover or driver, safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
• Greet customers upon arrival, complete a walk-through of the premises, and communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist drivers with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory, and share responsibility with drivers in accurately completing paperwork and payment collection.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless execution of moves and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years or older for movers.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English verbally and through writing.
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
• Access to reliable and punctual transportation.
• Experience in general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse labor is helpful.
• Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens.

• Competitive pay rate of $15 per hour.
