We are seeking an Independent Optometrist to join our team at Sam's Club. This is a unique opportunity for you to take charge of your practice, provide exceptional patient care, and enjoy the benefits of being part of a larger organization.
Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you will also receive performance-based bonus awards, health benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage, and 401(k) matching.
You will also be eligible for paid time off, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement leave, jury duty pay, and voting leave. Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability insurance, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
Job DescriptionAs an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will be responsible for providing high-quality eye and vision care services to patients in a fast-paced retail environment.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, and a General Liability Certificate. A Professional Liability Insurance Certificate and W-9 are also required.
