Job Summary

This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the RN, Hospital, Picker, Registered Nurse, Nursing, and Healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Document patient care activities, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
