Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and helping them find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. Additionally, you will receive valuable benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and training & development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each and every day.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Detailed-oriented and dedicated to customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and relate well to customers.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
