About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 12-hour evening/mid shifts. As an Emergency Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- One year (1) Nursing experience
