Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance team and manage work schedules
  • Ensure prompt resolution of service requests and repairs

  • Maintain property grounds and respond to urgent maintenance issues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
  • Preferred certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Background check is mandatory
