Rigging Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rigging Foreman to join our team at MEI Rigging & Crating. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all rigging activities on assigned job sites, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects.

• Manage and direct rigging crews to meet operational goals in terms of volume, cost, quality, safety, and schedule.
• Develop and implement crew plans, aligning with customer and salesmen direction.
• Supervise and work with one or more rigging crews, providing hands-on guidance and training.
• Collaborate with safety personnel to coordinate safety training, accident investigations, and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with customers and employees through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effectively manage job site projects, documenting and organizing all project information.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' proven rigging foreman experience or comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years' rigging experience with forklift, skating, leveling, and anchoring of machines.
• Valid Driver's License, Class A CDL preferred.

• Manufacturing rigging experience, such as CNC machines and injection molding machines.

• Highly self-directed and motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and project management skills.
