Cybersecurity Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team as an Associate or Full Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in cybersecurity and related fields, as well as contributing to the development of new degree programs.
About the PositionThis is a full-time, ranked renewable term position with a 9-month appointment and the option for 3 additional months of support. The targeted start date is negotiable, and the position is expected to be a key contributor to the growth and success of the OU Polytechnic Institute.
Responsibilities- Teach and mentor students in cybersecurity and related fields
- Contribute to the development of new degree programs
- Provide leadership in curriculum innovation
- Engage in research and scholarship in computing and engineering education
Candidates must have a doctoral degree in a computing-related field and experience teaching at the college level in cybersecurity or a closely related field. Evidence of scholarship in computing and/or engineering education is preferred.
