Branch Vice President

Job Summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Vice President to lead our Research Forest location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding your branch team towards meeting established individual and team goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of supervisory experience in a banking/credit union setting. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, developing business strategies, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of branch staff to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve member satisfaction
• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, cash handling, and security
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve member experience

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a banking/credit union setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
