Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector

Aspirant RPO LLC is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector (FPI). This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections, including receiving, final, and in-process checks, ensuring adherence to operational specifications.
• Utilize various inspection tools such as airflow, waterflow, and moment weigh equipment for precise measurements.
• Perform meticulous visual inspections requiring sustained concentration for extended periods.
• Manage material handling tasks, including packing, unpacking, loading, and maintaining totes and liners.
• Prepare materials for FPI processes by performing pre-cleaning operations.
• Execute daily and weekly system calibration checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records for traceability and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of mathematical concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions. Proficiency in interpreting charts, tables, drawings, specifications, and schedules is essential.
• Possess basic skills and knowledge in using adjustable measuring instruments for checking reports, forms, records, and comparable data, requiring interpretation involving fundamental skills and knowledge.
• One year of experience in a manufacturing inspection role is preferred. Experience with Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) is beneficial but not mandatory.
