Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Assistant Superintendent to lead healthcare construction projects in partnership with BLOX. BLOX is responsible for delivering manufactured building modules to designated sites, and we will perform the site work before integrating the modules to create hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Our superintendent will take ownership of the project from site work through Certificate of Occupancy, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the construction operations team to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
  • Maintain daily communication with Creature project managers to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Coordinate daily work through regular meetings and team huddles to ensure efficient project progression.
  • Assist in planning project schedules alongside Project Manager and Superintendent to guarantee timely completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
  • This is a traveling position based in the South East region.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Demonstrated career progression and a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in ground-up construction projects, preferably with ICRA training and construction.
  • GC experience is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Slack.
